Discover one of Sydney's great harbourside walks at Headland Park, Mosman. Wander along peaceful walking tracks that take you through beautiful natural bushland and scenic outlooks with spectacular harbour views. Explore former defensive fortifications and historic military sites such as gun pits, underground tunnels and brick workshops. The showpiece of Headland Park is the Georges Heights Lookout where you can marvel at the stunning panoramic views of Sydney Heads, the Pacific Ocean, the eastern suburbs and city skyline. Spend some time swimming or snorkelling at Chowder Bay or end your walk with a refreshing dip at Balmoral Beach.
