Established in 1892, the long standing Western Australian Trustees building on St Georges Terrace in Perth now serves as an entrance to The Trustee Bar & Bistro. Inside, the eye is drawn from mounted brass piping to booths of darkened wood and leather, all surrounded by stonewashed walls and columns. The Trustee fills with Perth locals soaking in the rustic bistro, sunbathing in a flourishing garden bar and exploring the Angel’s Cut Rum Bar upstairs with its own life-sized angel perched above the bar in glowing red light.
