Whitehaven Beach was amazing !!!! Daydream Island was disappointing as the staff at the restaurant were rude and unaccommodating it spilt the day

Not what I expected at all, a lot of time wasted waiting around. Plus didn’t end up having lunch till 2.30 pm will never use this company again. Although we had to use QR code, no checks were done on guests coughing everywhere without covering we are in the middle of a pandemic people look at NSW do we really want it here in Qld?? Daydream Island was a joke, hadn’t been since the 80’s not impressed at all

We absolutely loved the day. Despite the weather we were still able to swim and enjoy the day. Staff were amazing and very helpful. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely the most amazing experience doing this tour. Complete must do. So relaxing, amazing food, friendly fun staff especially Clayton. So worth the money. Absolutely loved it. Not one fault.

The cruise and the crew was very good and looked after very well. The only disappointment was initially booked for Whitehaven and Daydream online, but came to know on the day of the cruise that Daydream was not accessible to visitors. They said it was mentioned on the website but not clear enough. Also, after dropping us at Hamilton Island instead of Daydream there was no clear instructions on what, how and where you can go, was left to wander ourselves.

We are a family of 5 travelling Australia and took a day trip with Cruise Whitsundays to Whitehaven beach and daydream island. So spectacular! While winds prevented us from going to Whitehaven, the crew took us to chance bay instead. Total paradise. We loved the amount of time we had beachcombing and the easy transfers from island to island. The food onboard was plentyful and delicious and the lunch package at daydream island was amazing. All round a jam packed, magnificent day. Definitely will recommend. Excellent value for $$.

I did this trip on 7 December 2019. What a wonderful day despite not visiting Whitehaven Beach due to the wind conditions. I was advised of the possibility of this happening at the time of booking, at check-in and again on board the boat. Even though we pulled into Chance Bay, which is a very beautiful spot, we were advised by the crew that we could still do a guided walk to Whitehaven Beach if we wanted. A great time at Chance Bay. Beautiful sheltered little cove in northerly winds. Then onto Daydream Island... Amazing lunch, professional, friendly staff and relaxing afternoon before heading home. Special thanks to the Cruise Whitsundays for placing comfort and safety of guests first while all the crew ensured we still had a fun day. This is a trip I would recommend to anyone of any age to do at any time.

We're expecting more activies to do and more marine life to see, but it's a good option to meet the islands, or you will need more time in the islands to do some longer walks.

We came to the Withsundays with all our family, one of the children needs a wheelchair to move, this company provided a beach wheelchair, shelter for our child, and treated him amazingly. We are very grateful that this place offer such as opportunity, because it is really hard to find experience for everybody in the family this days.
